| In PbSnMnTe crystals with the concentration of conducting holes of the order of 1021 cm-3, the magnetic anisotropy constant K measured in ferromagnetic resonance experiments is nearly one order of magnitude larger than expected. In the present paper we investigate a contribution ΔK to the anisotropy constant, origin of which is the s-d interaction and the spin-orbit coupling. |
