The electron paramagnetic resonance of Mn2+ in Tl2Mg(SeO4)2·6H2O single crystals has been observed at 298 K and 77 K at ~9.45 GHz. Mn2+ has been found to substitute for Mg2+ exhibiting two magnetically inequivalent complexes. The electron paramagnetic resonance spectra have been analysed using the spin Hamiltonian appropriate for rhombic symmetry.
