| The electrical conductivity tensor components σxx(H) and σxy(H) have been transformed into mobility spectrum. The resolution of the mobility spectrum has been discussed. As an example the electrical conduction in HgTe and HgCdTe samples have been analyzed using resistivity tensor components, conductivity tensor components and using the mobility spectrum. |
