Thallium based Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3Ox superconductors were synthesized in double silver foil at 880° for 30 min under flowing oxygen gas. Additional oxygenations, each lasting 20 h, were performed at temperatures varying from 700° to 820° to increase the critical temperature and the critical current of the superconductor. Optimal temperature of the oxygenation was of 760°.
