This paper presents the analysis of the processes of secondary phase precipitation in Sanicro 25 (22Cr25NiWCoCu) austenitic steel. The examined material was subject to long-term ageing for the time of annealing up to 10,000 h at 700 and 750°. The performed tests showed the presence of primary MX precipitates and Z phase. Long-term ageing resulted in the occurrence of the coherent phase rich in Cu (ε_Cu), M23C6 carbides, and precipitates of MX and NbCrN.
