In the present study, the enhancement of heat pipe efficiency with nanoparticles mixtures, using Adina AUI software (version 9.0.0) was studied. The effect of the fluid in water and NH3 concentration on the convective mass transfer coefficient were studied. The study showed that the heat transfer coefficient enhanced by increasing the nanoparticle concentration. According to this research, the CFD is able to simulate mass transfer in a pipe with a nanofluid.
