| The FeBe2,5,11 compounds and theα-Fe(Be) solid solution of Bex1-x system were synthesized by laser irradiation from a powder mixture. The dependence of the phase structure on the initial sample composition (x=0.1-0.95) was studied. The phases were determined and studied by means of Mössbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. |
